TriasBot is provided "as is" and without warranties. We strive to provide excellent uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
You agree not to use TriasBot for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. Exploiting bugs, rate-limiting the service intentionally, or using the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from our services.
While TriasBot offers moderation tools, you are solely responsible for the actions taken in your server. We are not liable for any messages deleted, users banned, or other actions performed by or through the bot.
We reserve the right to ban any user or server from using TriasBot if we determine, at our sole discretion, that they have violated these terms or Discord's guidelines.
